A Capital Evening IV
The RKO Combo is excited to support, for the second year in a row, the John S. Mulholland Family Foundation! Help us raise money to make a difference in the lives of more than 750 working families in the District of Columbia. The mission of the foundation is…”to simply assist those already doing God’s work within a stone’s throw from the U.S. Capitol – to ensure that no child goes to bed hungry in the greatest city in the world, that no family is left in need, that no call is left answered.” Read more about what the JSMFF does here…
All funds raised will be used to purchase groceries to feed the working poor of inner city Washington – fresh produce, milk, eggs, meat and poultry – throughout 2018. Read more and watch a video about this fun and giving evening here…

The Lab School of Washington’s 50th Anniversary
For 33 years, The Lab School of Washington has hosted its annual Gala and dinner dance to raise critical funds to continue the mission of the school to unlock each child’s full potential.
Join Radio King Orchestra as we provide various ensembles and music throughout this special evening with small jazz groups, awards music, and big band dinner and dance music until 11:00pm.

On this special evening the 7 piece RKO Combo is honored to provide the musical entertainment at the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome’s Moms Prom Gala held at the Marriott Marquis Washington DC.

This is an evening you don’t want to miss! Guests will enter the ballroom to the lush sounds of Radio King Orchestra as we help set the mood of the supperclub-like atmosphere for the evening. Once guests have settled in they will be thoroughly entertained by Lena Prima, Carmelo Source, and Emmy nominated, Alfio and friends. Joe Piscopo will emcee the evening and of course, sing with his favorite DC based big band…Radio King Orchestra! Afterwards, we’ll “do our thing” – as we always do – fill the dance floor as we perform the best hard-swingin’ sounds of Sinatra, of course…but also Dean, Sammy, Ella, Rosemary and more…

Join Radio King Orchestra’s RKO Combo as we swing the night away to help raise funds and celebrate 50 years of Service for the Franciscan Center of Baltimore. This wonderful organization works tirelessly to benefit poor and hungry men, women and children in the Baltimore area. The mission of the Franciscan Center is to provide emergency assistance and supportive outreach to persons who are economically disadvantaged in an effort to assist them in realizing their self-worth and dignity as people of God.
